Terms of use

These terms of use govern access to Outlap Racing and its use. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them.

Outlap Racing lets you run sim racing leagues (EA F1, Le Mans Ultimate…): rosters, championships, calendars, attendance, results, standings and protests. The service is provided free of charge, “as is”, with no guarantee of continuous availability.

Sign-up is through Discord. You need a valid Discord account and to be old enough to use it. You are responsible for how your account is used.

Leagues, rules, calendars, results and messages are published by users. The creator of a league is responsible for it toward its members. Outlap Racing does not settle internal sporting disputes (penalties, protests, invitations).

You must not:

• Impersonate another driver or a league
• Publish unlawful, hateful or clearly off-topic content
• Try to access another account’s data or disrupt the service
• Use the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy. Cookies are described in the cookie policy.

Outlap Racing cannot guarantee the absence of errors, interruptions or data loss. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher’s liability is limited to proven direct damages, excluding indirect losses (a lost season, reputation, and so on).

An account or a league may be restricted if these terms are not followed, if an authority requires it, or to protect the service and other users.

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the competent French courts will hear it.
